This morning Shimoda city announced heavy rain warning, and the parking lots near the beach were closed today. That’s why there were not so many people on the beach it stopped to rain though.
I went to the nearest beach Shirahama this early afternoon.
There were a lot of people on the beach because we have 3 holidays this weekend.
The blue sky came back this afternoon!
When I came back from Shimoda at around noon I took some photos of the beach.
They were setting up the fences on the road to prevent the illegal parking during summer.
It was cloudy and we had a little rain after that. But I cleaned the windows of the guest rooms this afternoon.
We still had north wind but it was sunny and very warm here in Shirahama today.
This afternoon I went to the beach and walked barefoot on the sand. It made me really relaxed and I felt very good.
After that, I took a walk in the water for the 1st time this year but the water was warm because of the sun.
They came from Germany and stayed at Pension Sakuraya for 3 nights.
Actually he has stayed at our house 10 years ago, and came with his beautiful wife and 10 months baby who is always happy and very cute.
It had been cloudy and a little sunny during their stay but they went to the nearest beach, Tsumekizaki cape and Suzaki walking trail.
They went to Kyoto and Hiroshima after Shimoda.

It was windy, cloudy again today but we sometimes had sun light through the clouds.
In this season we can find out this flower on seaside.
It had been windy and very cold here in Shirahama in these days.
They came from New Zealnad for the 1st time for their Honeymoon trip and stayed for 2 nights in Shimoda.
After check out they are going to Nagoya, Osaka, Kyoto and HIroshima.
