2014/01/06 Clouds in the sky
It was sunny and very warm here in Shirahama today.
There were a lot of clouds in the sky.
It will be cloudy tomorrow.
2014/01/05 New year visit to Shirahama shrine
We went to Shirahama shrine as a first visit of the new year 2014.
Most of Japanese visit to a Shinto shrine during during the new year holidays, and we pray for the safety of our family and possessions as well as to pray for a rich harvest.
My second daughter helped as Miko (Shrine maiden) at this shrine.
