We had very strong north wind in Shirahama, and it was rough sea by typhoon today.

We usually don’t have such a sea condition in August.

There were a lot of people on the beach, we sometimes had rain though.

She came from the United States and stayed for 5 nights.

She has stayed at Pension Sakuraya 2 years ago, so it was 2nd time to stay with us.

It had been almost cloudy and rainy during her stay, but she said that she was able to be relaxed.

“I come to Japan for my business every year, so I will be back in a year!”

We were very glad to hear that she said when she checked out.

We are looking forward to meeting you again!

Do you come to Shimoda by bus? and would you like to go to Kawazu Seven Waterfalls?

If so, there are 2 buses a day, which go to Shuzenji station from Izukyu-Shimoda station.

You can take the bus at the nearest bus stop Resupo Shirahama at 9:35 AM and 11:10 AM.

It takes about 50 minutes to get to Kawazu Seven Waterfalls.

We had sun light through the clouds this morning, but the sky was covered with a lot of clouds after that.

When I went to the beach at around 3:00 PM the Semi-Final of surfing competition had been already finished, but they had offshore wind and waves better than yesterday.

The weather forecast says it would be sunny and very hot tomorrow.

It was cloudy this morning, but the blue sky and water came back after that.

It was really amazing!!

We didn’t have wind and it was very hot here in Shirahama today.

In Shirahama we can find out a lot of beautiful landscapes and seascapes. That’s why this beach doesn’t make me getting tired.

After I finished cleaning up the guest rooms I went to the nearest beach "Shirahama" to take pictures.

There were a looooooot f of peopleon the beach!
