2016/01/31 Sakura under the Blue Sky
This morning we had a lot of clouds in the sky, but the sun came back before noon.
So I was able to take a picture of Sakura blossoms under the blue sky.

Of course Sakura blossoms under the sun is beautiful, but I love the blossoms in the rain too.

We had north wind a little, but it was very warm today.
In these days sakura trees stopped blooming because it had been very cold, but they restarted blooming again.
2016/01/11 Sunrise at Tsumekizaki Cape in Shimoda
My wife and I were members of classical ballet company in Kanagawa Pref. before moving to Shimoda.
And today they had a new year party. So I took my wife to the train station this early morning, and she went to Chigasaki city to join the party and to meet her old friends.
After that I went to Tsumekizaki-cape in Shimoda to take pictures of sunrise.
I took some good shots, the sky above the horizon was covered with clouds though.

I walked on the seaside road to Sotoura Beach this afternoon.
I was able to see some kinds of flowers blooming.

It was sunny today, but we had very strong west wind and it was much colder than yesterday.
2015/06/03 Hydrangea and Rain in Shimoda
It was rainy in Shimoda today.
When I took my daughter to her friend’s home I went to Pery Road in Shimoda to see the hydrangea blooming.
Hydrangea flowers suit rain….

We sometimes had a little sun light through the clouds in the sky, but it had been almost cloudy today.
The hydrangea in our field is now getting colored little by little. The hydrangea festival will take place at Shimoda park next month.
2015/04/05 Twilight time at Sakura street in Shimoda
In my hometown, Miyazaki prefecture in Kyushu, it was the first hottest day this year with over 30 degrees centigrade.
As we sometimes have a little cold day we can't imagine such a hot day.
This is a Sakura street along the river in Shimoda.
If it was sunny there would be a lot of people coming to see Sakura blossoms, but there was nobody even it was Sunday.
