Yesterday we had a storm with heavy rain and strong wind, but it became sunny here in Shirahama today.
They have already started the demolition work of Seven-Eleven nearby.
We really have to be careful about fire accident.
There were a lot of clouds in the sky this morning, but the clear sky came back after that.
Shimoda city had an evacuation drill this morning and after that I walked on the seaside road as usual.
There is a cherry tree next to our building and this tree usually has blossoms in February and March, but it has some blossoms our of season.
The storm and the waves which we had last weekend brought a lot of sands from the beach and the iron sands, the stones and the rocks appeared after that.
Yesterday it was really cold and we had rain all day long here in Shirahama. We can see the Amagi mountains from the beach. I’m not sure but it looks they had snow on the top of the mountain.
They had very strong north wind and big waves on last Sunday and Monday.
And the wind blew a lot of sands off to the road and the waves brought sand from the beach….
The members of Shirahama tourist association had cleaning and mowing at the field of Aloe in Shirahama today. Of course I participated this work.
We had a little west wind but it was beautiful day here in Shirahama.
I walked on the seaside road this afternoon as usual.
Today we had west wind and there were a lot of clouds in the sky.
When I was walking on the seaside road I found out some cherry blossoms blooming out of season.
It was sunny and we had very clear sky this morning, but after that it became cloudy, rainy and we had thunderstorm this late afternoon.
By the way, as I finished big deep clean of bed rooms I started to clean the dining room today.
I have to carry all of tables and chairs to the upper floor to clean and wax the floor. It’s really hard for my arms and legs,but I hope it would be good training.

Though the condition was not good, the surfing competition was held on Shirahama beach today.
It was very warm here in Shirahama today.
