Though we had very strong west wind again here in Shirahama today, it was much warmer than yesterday.
There are some kinds of Sakura in the field of Pension Sakuraya. The first one is raised from the seed of Kawazu sakura. The petals of this tree has different color from the original one.
The Kawazu Sakura trees in our field are now blooming 30 or 40%.
It was a little warmer than usual yesterday, but the cold of winter came back again today.
Kawazu Sakura trees in our field had already started blooming, but it’s slower than I expected last month.
Actually I wanted to take pictures of Sakura blossoms under the sun, but it was cloudy today.
It was sunny and very warm here in Shirahama today.
I walked to Sotoura beach as usual after 4 days.

I walked on the seaside road this afternoon as usual.
It was sunny but the north-east wind was a little cold today.
I cleaned up the entrance and the stairs of our building.
I’m very happy to see them after cleaning.
I finished waxing the floor of dining room today.
It’s a little hard to move everything out of the room to wax.
By the way the weather forecast said we would have cold wind today, but actually it was not so cold.
After I finished waxing we were able to see the beautiful sunset.
It was cloudy and we had a little shower here in Shirahama today.
As I finished cleaning the bed rooms yesterday I started to clean the dining room this afternoon.
It was sunny and very warm again here in Shirahama today.
After I went to the post office I went to the beach to take pictures.
By the way, we have 4 Western style rooms in our building and we clean each room taking a long time after busy season.
This year I started cleaning them on October 2nd.
And finally I finished cleaning all of them today.
It took much longer than usual because I had pain on my back and caught a cold, and had to take a rest for several days.
They are from China and came to Japan for the 1st time.
They are travelling in Japan for a week and stayed in Kamakura and Atagawa before coming to Shimoda.
During they were staying in Kamakura unfortunately the typhoon ripped through Japan, but they were able to see the Mt. Fuji clearly after the typhoon passed away.
They went to Tokyo after Shimoda and will leave Japan.
