They came to Japan from China for the 1st time, and came to Izu peninsula to see Sakura blossoms.
During their stay it had been almost sunny and they went to the nearest beach and Shirahama shrine.
After check out they went to Kawazu town to see cherry blossoms and Izukogen to stay.
They are going to Kyoto, Nara and some other places after Izu peninsula.

They came to Shirahama for the 1st time with their parents who visited Japan from China.
It had been cloudy during their stay but they were able to see the cherry trees fully blooming.

They have stayed at Sakuraya in last June, so it was the second time for us to welcome them this time.
They speak Japanese very well and we had very good comunications.
She is expected now and they will have a new family next September.

I walked on the seaside road this afternoon as usual. It was very warm yesterday, but it became cold by the north wind today.
By the way there are some Sakura trees raised from seed of Kawazu Sakura in our field, and this is one of them which has pale pink petals.
And the Sakura tree which has deep pink petals and which we can see through the window of the dining room is now blooming more than 50%.
We have some cherry trees in our field, and one of them has already started blooming this month. But the only one branch of this tree has a lot of blossoms on this stage…
They are beautiful ladies from China and have lived in Tokyo since 3 years ago, but it was the 1st time to come to Izu peninsula.
They went to Mt. Omuro and Izu Shaboten Zoo before coming to Shimoda and they went to the nearest beach and Shirahama shrine after check out.
After that, as they were going to Tsumekizaki cape I took them by my car because I had to go to Shimoda for shopping.

I had been working in our house all day long.
It was sunny until around noon, but the sky was covered with clouds. And it became very cold here in Shirahama after that.
I think they had a little snow on Izu Oshima island and then we were able to see a little rainobow.
It took about 3 days to finish painting the pillars and the parking lot lines at last.
We had a little wind but it was very warm here in Shirahama today. I took the Nordic walking this early afternoon as usual.
Today we got a Christmas card from our guest who lives in the United States and has stayed with us when my son was 3 years old.
We are very gland to get it because it has been more than 10 years!
They came to Japan from Canada for the 3rd time and stayed with us for two nights..
Actually their son lives in Numazu city with his wife, so they come to Japan and stay at their son’s house.
During their stay they went to the nearest beach and walked in and around Shimoda city.
And they went to Izu Kogen after check out.
