I walked on the seaside road this afternoon as usual.
It had been almost cloudy and we sometimes had a little shower here in Shirahama today.
But we are having very strong north wind outside and it’s getting colder now at 8:30 PM.
By the way, there are a lot of kinds of flowers in our field and some of them are now blooming.
I took these pictures on the way to Shimoda for shopping this afternoon.
It was very hot and was almost summer here in Shirahama today.
There were some young people on the beach, who were swimming in the water!!
It was sunny and very warm today.

I was very happy to walk looking over the beautiful sea under the blue sky.
This is a view of sunrise from Pension Sakuraya at 6:36 this morning.
They are from India and live in Tokyo.
They came to Shimoda for the 1st time with their parents who visited Japan from India.
On the 1st day they went to Kawazu town to see cherry blossoms and Kawazu seven waterfalls, and went to Irozaki cape after check out.

We had clouds in the sky this morning, but it became sunny after that.
Today they had very good waves to surf under the blue sky.
When I was walking on the seaside road this afternoon they were moving the sand from the sidewalk, which was blown from the beach by the strong wind yesterday.
After the low pressure system passed they usually have good waves to surf.
I’m sure they had really fun!
We had had very strong north-east wind here in Shirahama since 2 days ago.
I took these pictures when I went to the town of Shimoda this morning.
The strong wind was blowing a lot of sand off from the beach.
They are from Bangladesh and have lived in Shizuoka prefecture.
It was the first time for them to come to Shimoda.
We are very sorry but they didn’t have good weather during their stay.
We are looking forward to meeting you and your family again in the future.

I walked on the seaside road this late afternoon but I was not able to take a good picture, so I posted the pictures which I took yesterday and forgot to post on Facebook.
As Kawazu sakura trees are now fully blooming in and around Shimoda city a lot of cars come to Izu peninsula from the other prefecture this weekend.
