Today my wife had to do her job, so I had to be a baby sitter of my son, Yuuki.
I was thinking where we go.
As we had a strong wind I thought that we might be able to see Mt. Fuji from the west side of Izu peninsula today.
I reseached it in the web camera site ….. Bingo !!
So I desided to go to see Mt. Fuji with my son !!
When I was driving on the way of West Izu I could see Mt. Fuji, I was very excited !!
It was sunny today too in Shirahama.
The plum trees are fully blooming and the white-eyes came to this tree to get hunny.
We usually can find them two birds, they may be a couple.
This is a good season for them because they can find easily many kinds of flowers in our garden.

We had a strong western wind yeseterday, so I was thinking that it would be cold today.
In Japan they had snow in many cities today, but it was very warm here in Shirahama.
Today we had guests, so I went to our garden to pick up the flowers for the decolations with my son.
In our garden the narcissus flowers had already finished in the same stage of last February, but they are full blooming this year. …..
Today it was very warm and beautiful too !!
The color of Shirahama beach was too beautiful in these days.
I see this sea every day but I am never bored it like today.
By the way our Sakura tree has just had a flower for the first time this year. …..
We had holidays for 5 days from January 18th and came back on 22nd, so I couldn’t update my weblog.
Anyway, I took this picture before getting to depart on Jan 18th.
I was thinking that the Sakura tree had buds in this season.
And found it !

The Aloe’s Festival started to take place in Shirahama yesterday.
The blooming of Aloe’s flower is a little earlier than usual.
In this stage 70 or 80 % are bloomed.
The peak of blooming of these flowers will be in new year holidays, I guess.

I took this out of entrance of our Pension.
We had sometimes rain today, so that the leaves of aloe had the water drops.
When I saw this tree from a distance I couldn’t know that this tree had these water drops, but I was surprised very much and pleased with it.
This color, "Green" gives us a fresh feeling and makes us happy, right ? ……
At last the first sunflower in our garden bloomed.
Every year we can see this flower from this season, so when we find it we feel that a summer is coming soon.
By the way I got plums in our garden today.
We have 3 plum trees there but one of them didn’t have many plums …….

This flower is called "Sutokeshia" in Japanese, and "Stock’s aster" in English.
This flower’s origen is North America.
And as this flower is strong my aunt planted.
In Sakuraya’s garden we can see many kinds of flowers, and I am going to show the another one… .
The hydrangea Festival that is held at Shimoda park is taking place this year too.
This is a signboard that I took in front of Shimoda station.
This boad says to travellers about events of Shimoda all the year, and this time it advertises Ajisai (hydrangea) Festival takes place from June 1st to 30th.
