When I got up this morning it was very cold in Shirahama, because it snowed.

"When does the spring come this year?"

When I saw the snow this morning I thought like that.

But the spring had already come in Kawazu town next to Shirahama.

The most famous Sakura is "Someiyoshino" that blooms in April in Japan.

But here in Kawazu town we can see the cherry blossom from the end of January. It is called "Kawazu sakura".

They have Kawazu Sakura Festival from Februay 10th to March 10th.
This is very famous recently and became popular in Japan.
About 1 million people come to see a lot of beautiful Sakura trees along the river and in many places of town during this festival.
